The design, which was created through a collaboration between the Owner and Plumb, has a very open floor plan that promotes easy movement throughout the 1st Floor. Two large raised patios out back provide ample room for fair weather entertaining or just a relaxing evening for two. The home site required careful calculations to determine the correct 1st Floor elevation necessary to avoid an expensive and high maintenance septic system with pump, pumping tank and electronic controls.
