Family Room, Laundry Room, and Master Bedroom Suite, including interior and exterior renovations – Winner of the 2006 Award of Excellence.
This project was designed by an architect. The project design updated the existing outdated floor plan to better align with today’s expectations. This allowed the Client to remain in the neighborhood they loved and still enjoy the benefits of an up-to-date floor plan and an energy efficient structure. The exterior wall of the existing home was removed and replaced with a steel beam to open up the existing area to the 1st Floor of the Addition creating a much larger Family Room and a Breakfast eating area. The 2nd Floor of the Addition provided space for a Master Bedroom Suite with Bath and walk-in closet. The scope of work included renovating two existing Baths, a new Kitchen, a new Front Porch, a new maintenance-free Rear Deck, new windows, siding and roofing. All in all, a complete home make over.
